COUNCILMAN HOBBS PRESENTS THE FOLLOWING ITEM FROM TOLEDO MUNICIPAL COURT:
O-019-25 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract on behalf of the Toledo Municipal Court for the purpose of enhancements to the Toledo Municipal Court and Toledo Housing Court's websites; authorizing the expenditure in an amount not to exceed $55,000.00 for said contract purposes; waiving the competitive bidding requirements of TMC Chapter 187; and declaring an emergency.
