O-019-25 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract on behalf of the Toledo Municipal Court for the purpose of enhancements to the Toledo Municipal Court and Toledo Housing Court's websites; authorizing the expenditure in an amount not to exceed $55,000.00 for said contract purposes; waiving the competitive bidding requirements of TMC Chapter 187; and declaring an emergency.

O-020-25 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Rudolph Libbe for the emergency removal of a 12" water main on Nebraska Avenue between Division Street and Rogan Way; authorizing the expenditure of an amount not to exceed $34,000 from the Water Replacement Fund; waiving the formal competitive bidding provisions of TMC Chapter 187; and declaring an emergency.
