O-025-25 Authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of an amount not to exceed $3,790,000 from the unappropriated balance of the Storm Water Utility Improvement Fund for various drainage improvement projects; authorizing the Mayor to prepare engineering studies, plans and specifications, acquire rights-of-way and easements as appropriate, accept bids and enter into contracts for said drainage improvement projects; and declaring an emergency.
