01TMP-10694 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) and to accept and deposit a grant in the amount of $1,000,000 to enhance school safety, school climate, and family support at schools disproportionately impacted by gun violence; authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of funds from the Operation Grants Fund for the program; authorizing the Mayor to enter into contracts for said program; waiving the competitive bidding requirements; and declaring an emergency.
