O-091-24 Authorizing the expenditure of an amount not to exceed $300,000 from the Capital Improvement Fund for the upgrade of traffic signals and signs throughout the city; authorizing the mayor to accept bids and award contracts necessary to complete said project(s); and declaring an emergency.
