O-219-21 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an energy savings implementation contract with Leopardo Companies for energy conservation measures and facility infrastructure improvements; authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of an amount not to exceed $43,788,342 from the Capital Improvement Fund, the appropriation and expenditure in the amount of $760,182 from the General Fund and the expenditure of $2,000,000 from the Toledo Municipal Court Expendable Trust Fund for the purpose of payment of total project costs; making certain findings with respect thereto; and declaring an emergency.
