The Toledo Police Department has a well-established partnership with Owens Community College for TPD training since 1999. The Space Usage Agreement defines space usage on the campus and provides to pay the amount to Owens Community College for the Law Enforcement Center Building used by the Toledo Police Academy. This agreement will be in effect from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024.
