The proposed legislation violates private property rights (in addition to 1st, 4th Amendments to the US Constitution and the protected right to free exercise of religion) in enacting an 8' buffer zone within a radius of 100 feet from the premises of a "reproductive health care facility". The ordinance is racist in that it seeks to aid and abet abortion practice which targets the poor and minorities at a much higher percentage the white people and unnaturally reduces their population.
