O-251-25 Authorizing the reappropriation of $1,792,000 in the Capital Improvement Fund and the expenditure of same for the purchase and improvement of real property located at and known as 5055 Enterprise Blvd. (Lucas County TD Parcel 2327221), together with various costs and services related thereto, including surveys, testing, title work, appraisals, closing costs, relocation costs, environmental assessments, building improvements and other incidental fees and expenses, for the relocation of City of Toledo Department of Transportation Road and Bridge Maintenance operations currently located at 1030 Water Street and 1189 W. Central Avenue; authorizing the Mayor to accept bids for services and execute agreements and contracts as necessary and appropriate associated with the purchase and improvement of said property; and declaring an emergency.
