06TMP-10684 Authorizing the appropriation of $2,107 and the expenditure of $70,107 from the Sewer Replacement Fund and the appropriation of $1,925 and expenditure of $57,925 from the Storm Water replacement Fund and the expenditure of $46,000 from the Water Replacement Fund for the purchase and installation of airflow control upgrades for the fume hoods at Environmental Services; authorizing the Mayor to enter into contract for said purpose; waiving competitive bid provisions of TMC Chapter 187; and declaring an emergency.
