O-145-21 Authorizing the Hoffman Road Landfill to accept Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) and Construction/Demolition Debris (CDD) generated within Lucas County, Ohio from Klumm Brothers Waste Solutions, LLC (Klumm); authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Disposal Agreement for a period of three (3) years with up to two additional two-year extensions; authorizing the acceptance and deposit of revenues into the General Fund and the Solid Waste Disposal Trust Fund; and declaring an emergency.
