1. TMP-5933 Authorizing the mayor to apply for and enter into no interest principle forgiveness financing agreements with the Ohio Water Development Authority (OWDA), and to accept, deposit, appropriate, and expend grant proceeds in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 into the Water Replacement Fund for the Lead Service Line Replacement Project; authorizing the appropriation and expenditure in an amount not to exceed $100,000 from the Water Replacement Fund for the payment of administrative fees and miscellaneous project costs; authorizing the mayor to accept bids and execute necessary agreements related to the project; and declaring an emergency.
