I fully support this ordinance as it is much needed. Patients are harassed at every turn. Please help protect these patients exercising their legal right to obtain medical care.
i have seen patients followed multiple blocks to their cars, and then seen the patients blocked by people in the road until the patient agreed to talk to them
Good afternoon. I support this ordinance because I have witnessed first hand the harassment that patients face on the sidewalks of Capital Care. Being on the sidewalk is protected speech but following patients down the street, physically touching them or being very close without consent, and blocking their vehicles is not free speech. This is harassment and it needs to end. Patients have the right to access healthcare without intimidation and without their personal bubble being invaded.
