    Unfortunately, the audio and video were shut down prior to the discussion of this item. Please ensure that the Plan Commission is engaged to conduct a full impact analysis of the proposed legislation text to not only persons with disabilities, but also the City as a whole including neighborhoods, zoning and planning, and downtown redevelopment prior to considering any text amendments. Thank you
