O-412-20 Authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of an amount not to exceed $1,000,000 from the Sewer Replacement Fund for the Dewatering System Rebuild Project; authorizing the mayor to advertise, accept bids, execute agreements, contracts and purchase orders for equipment and construction services necessary to facilitate the completion of the Dewatering System Rebuild Project; authorizing the mayor to execute a contract with Alpha Laval for the rebuild of three Belt Filter Presses in an amount not to exceed $564,900; waiving the competitive procurement provisions of TMC Chapter 187; and declaring an emergency.
