O-361-20 Authorizing the mayor to accept and deposit grant proceeds from The University of Cincinnati into the Operation Grants Fund to assist the Toledo Fire & Rescue Department with start-up costs to support the "Leave Behind" initiative; authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of an amount not to exceed $20,000 for said purpose; and declaring an emergency.
