TMP-5371 Authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of bond proceeds from the Water Bond Improvement Fund in an amount not to exceed $10,440,000; authorizing the mayor to enter into a contract renewal for the previously bid contract with URS Corporation for Professional Construction Management and Program Support Services, and other necessary work and tasks, relating to the implementation of the Capital Improvement Program for the Division of Water Treatment; waiving the competitive procurement requirements of TMC Chapter 187; and declaring an emergency.
