O-334-20 Authorizing the mayor to enter into and execute necessary agreements with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as granted through the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative (GLRI) Trash Removal from Great Lakes Rivermouths and Harbors Grant; authorizing the mayor to accept and deposit grant proceeds in the amount of $413,970 into the Operation Grants Fund; authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of said grant proceeds for the Functional Litter-acy: Trash Trappers for a Cleaner Toledo Project from the Operation Grants Fund; authorizing the mayor to execute necessary agreements in connection with the grant; authorizing the mayor to accept bids and execute necessary contracts for the purchase of goods and services to administer the grant; and declaring an emergency.
