O-333-20 Authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of bond proceeds from the Water Bond Improvement Fund, in an amount not to exceed $800,000; authorizing the mayor to accept bids and to execute the necessary contract(s) for engineering, construction, construction oversight, testing, start up support, permits, and other related work, tasks, equipment, and materials needed for the successful implementation of the Harmful Algal Bloom Treatment (Ozone) Facilities Project at the Collins Park Water Treatment Facilities; and declaring an emergency.
