O-297-20 Authorizing the closure of the pedestrian concourse over Summit St. connecting to the buildings located at 300 Madison Avenue and 3 SeaGate; authorizing amendments to the original concourse agreements with the successor in interest for 300 Madison and 3 SeaGate; authorizing an indemnity agreement with ProMedica Health Systems Inc.; authorizing the demolition of said concourse; authorizing the Commissioner of Transportation to take actions necessary to address safety issues related to removal/demolition of the concourse; and declaring an emergency.
