O-289-20 Authorizing the mayor to enter into a five-year agreement with Getac Video Solutions, Inc. for the purchase of cloud video storage for Getac body worn cameras; authorizing the expenditure of an amount not to exceed $280,000 from the Law Enforcement Trust Fund for the first year of the agreement; authorizing the annual expenditure of an amount not to exceed $280,000 from the General Fund, subject to available appropriation in future years; waiving the competitive bidding requirements of TMC Chapter 187; and declaring an emergency.
