O-278-20 Authorizing the appropriation and expenditure in an amount not to exceed $25,675 from the unappropriated balance of the Sewer Replacement Fund, $21,710 from the unappropriated balance of the Storm Water Replacement Fund, and $17,615 from the unappropriated balance of the Water Replacement Fund for the purchase of an Inductively-Coupled Plasma with Optical Emission Spectrometer Analyzer System (ICP-OES) metals analyzer system; authorizing the mayor to enter into an agreement with Perkin Elmer Health Sciences, Inc. for said purchase; and declaring an emergency.
