O-267-20 Authorizing the expenditure of $123,000 from the appropriated bond proceeds in the Water Bond Improvement Fund for the purchase of property located at and known as 724 Collins Park (Lucas County TD Parcels 13-20384 and 13-20361), together with various costs and services related thereto, including but not limited to the purchase of real property interests, surveys, testing, title work, appraisals, closing costs, relocation costs, environmental assessments, and other incidental fees and expenses, for the expansion of and improvements to the Collins Park Water Treatment Plant; authorizing the mayor to accept bids for services and execute agreements as necessary and appropriate associated with the purchase of said property herein; and declaring an emergency.
