O-024-26 Authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of an amount not to exceed $431,954 from the Water Replacement Fund and an amount not to exceed $431,954 from the Sanitary Sewer Replacement Fund to provide as needed professional services necessary to continue program management duties related to the AMI Program, as well as associated miscellaneous coordination, billing, and data analysis; authorizing the Mayor to enter into contract for professional services; waiving the competitive bidding provisions of TMC Chapter 187 for said purpose; and declaring an emergency.
