O-020-26 Authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of an amount not to exceed $36,000,000 from the Roadway Improvement Fund for the General Resurfacing Program; authorizing the Mayor to prepare plans and specifications, acquire required rights-of-way as appropriate, utilize professional services necessary for planning, design, project management, and construction inspection, and to accept bids and enter into contracts for these projects within the Division of Engineering Services; and declaring an emergency.
