O-576-25 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into and execute necessary agreements with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) as granted through the H2Ohio fund for purposes of the Detwiler Golf Course Stream Restoration project; authorizing the acceptance, deposit, appropriation and expenditure grant proceeds in the amount of $400,000 into the Operation Grants Fund; authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and award contracts for the purchase of services and other necessary items to carry out the terms of this grant; and declaring an emergency.
