O-517-25 Authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of an amount not to exceed $480,000 from the Water Replacement Fund and an amount not to exceed $480,000 from the Sanitary Sewer Replacement Fund to provide professional services necessary to continue program management duties related to the AMI Program; authorizing the Mayor to enter into a professional services contract; authorizing the Mayor to waive the competitive bidding provisions of TMC Chapter 187 for said purpose; and declaring an emergency.
