O-486-25 Authorizing the annual expenditure of an amount not to exceed $40,000 from the General Fund to purchase and replenish menstruation products in city facilities and other community-partnered locations; authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Aunt Flow for one (1) year with an option of up to three (3) one-year renewals; waiving the competitive bidding provisions of TMC Chapter 187; and declaring an emergency.
