O-481-25 Authorizing the Mayor to accept a grant from the Department of Homeland Security Port Security Grant Program in an amount not to exceed $23,500 for the City of Toledo, Department of Fire & Rescue Operations; authorizing the deposit, appropriation, and expenditure of said amount from the Operation Grant Fund; authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and award contracts for the same; and declaring an emergency.
