O-434-25 Authorizing the Mayor to accept bids, enter into contract(s), and to execute all documents necessary and proper to provide on-call emergency water distribution system repairs within the public rights-of-way and or public water distribution easements; authorizing the expenditure of an amount not to exceed $300,000 annually from the Water Operating Fund; and declaring an emergency.
