07TMP-11786 Repealing Ordinance 235-25 in its entirety; authorizing the Mayor to enter into necessary agreements with the EPA for financial assistance provided under the EPA: State and Tribal Assistance Grants (STAG), Clean Water SRF, Clean Water CDS for purposes of rebuilding three belt filter presses and related equipment to dewater the digested sludge at the Bay View Water Reclamation Plant; authorizing the acceptance, deposit, appropriation and expenditure of grant proceeds in an amount not to exceed $880,000 in the Sewer Replacement Fund for purposes of rebuilding three belt filter presses and related equipment; authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and award contracts for the purchase of services and other necessary items to carry out the terms of this grant; and declaring an emergency.
