06TMP-11771 Authorizing the Mayor to execute and enter into grant agreements with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency; authorizing the Mayor to accept and deposit grant proceeds into the Operation Grant Fund in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, and an amount not to exceed $700,000 from the United States Environmental Protection Agency; authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of said funds; authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and award contracts for the purchase of supplies, equipment, vehicles, and other necessary items to carry out the terms of these grants; and declaring an emergency.
