O-365-25 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into necessary agreements with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) as granted through the H2Ohio fund for purposes of the Childcare Lead Service Line Replacement; authorizing the acceptance, deposit, appropriation and expenditure of grant proceeds in the amount of $500,000 into and from the Water Replacement Fund; authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and award contracts for the purchase of services and other necessary items to carry out the terms of this grant; and declaring an emergency.
