07TMP-11636 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into necessary agreements with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) as granted through the H2Ohio fund for purposes of the Childcare Lead Service Line Replacement; authorizing the acceptance, deposit, appropriation and expenditure of grant proceeds in the amount of $500,000 into and from the Water Replacement Fund; authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and award contracts for the purchase of services and other necessary items to carry out the terms of this grant; and declaring an emergency.
