O-118-25 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an amended agreement with and to accept additional grant funding from the State of Ohio, Department of Transportation (ODOT) for an amount not to exceed $896,148 for the construction of a multi-use path across the Martin Luther King Jr. (MLK) bridge; authorizing the acceptance, deposit, appropriation and expenditure of grant proceeds into the Capital Improvement Fund for said project; authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and award contracts related to the construction of said project; and declaring an emergency.
