O-092-25 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into and execute cooperative agreements and to accept financial assistance from the Washington Local School District for the Whitmer Drive construction project; authorizing the acceptance, deposit, appropriation and expenditure of grant proceeds into the Capital Improvement Fund in an amount not to exceed $1,750,000; authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and award contracts for said project; and declaring an emergency.
