O-013-25 Authorizing the Mayor to accept a grant from the Cleveland Cliffs Foundation in the amount of $25,000 to support the installation of visitor amenities at Birmingham Park; authorizing the deposit, appropriation and expenditure of $25,000 in the Capital Improvement Fund for said project; authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and award contracts for said project; and declaring an emergency.
