O-598-24 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a three (3) month extension of the existing lease agreement with the Ohio Building Company, Ltd., for 1,475 square feet of customer service space for the Division of Utilities Administration, in the Ohio Building located at 420 Madison Avenue; authorizing the expenditure of $8,045 from the Utilities Administration Fund for said lease extension; and declaring an emergency.
