I am concerned that this Gary Roscoe (a deceased man FYI) is trying to profit off of Forward Toledo and will be one of the many landlords that will use it to "improve" their rentals while increasing rents and displacing the current residents and tenants who have made these areas their homes for generations. For example this property is under a dead persons name and also as owner occupied yet the mailing address proves no owner lives there. Its also under contract to be sold as well.
