O-392-24 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into contract with TOMCO2 Systems Company (TOMCO2) for repairs and maintenance to the liquid carbon dioxide storage system, associated feed systems and parts at the Collins Park Water Treatment Plant; authorizing the expenditure in an amount not to exceed $32,000 from the Water Operating Fund; waiving the competitive procurement provisions of TMC Chapter 187; and declaring an emergency.
