O-390-24 Authorizing the mayor to enter into a grant agreement with the Great Lakes Commission, in coordination with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and to accept and deposit grant proceeds into the Operation Grant Fund in an amount not to exceed $992,448 to fund the construction and implementation phase of the Restoration of the Ottawa River in Jermain Park Project; authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of said grant proceeds; authorizing the Mayor to execute necessary agreements in connection with the grant; authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and execute necessary contracts to administer the grant; and declaring an emergency.
