O-388-24 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into and execute cooperative agreements and to accept financial assistance from Metroparks Toledo for a construction project on Water Street; authorizing the acceptance, deposit, appropriation, and expenditure of grant proceeds into the Capital Improvement Fund in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000; authorizing the mayor to execute all necessary documentation for said funds; authorizing the mayor to accept bids and award contracts related to the design and construction; and declaring an emergency.
