O-380-24 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a grant agreement and to accept a One-Time Strategic Community Investment Grant from the State of Ohio for Fire Station facility repairs and improvements totaling $1,600,000; authorizing the deposit, appropriation, and expenditure of said amount from the Capital Improvement Fund; authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and award contracts for the same; and declaring an emergency.
