21 O-394-24 Authorizing the appropriation and expenditure in an amount not to exceed $300,000 from the Sanitary Sewer Replacement Fund for the Solids Handling Tank Cleaning Project at the Bay View Water Reclamation Plant; authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and award contracts for professional, engineering, and construction services necessary for the completion of the Solids Handling Tank Cleaning Project; and declaring an emergency.
