O-348-24 Authorizing the appropriation and expenditure in an amount not to exceed $124,500 from the unappropriated balance of the Sewer Replacement Fund for continued professional services related to the Bay View Water Reclamation Plant Wide Facilities Plan; authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement for professional engineering services with Arcadis to facilitate the Blue Ribbon Panel to recommend the optimal path forward and finalize the Facilities Plan; waiving the competitive procurement provisions of TMC Chapter 187; and declaring an emergency.
