TMP-9807 Authorizing the mayor to accept and deposit additional grant proceeds into the Operation Grant Fund in the amount of $22,158 received from the United States Environmental Protection Agency and reducing grant proceeds into the Operation Grant Fund in the amount of $11,096 received from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency; authorizing the mayor to execute necessary agreements in connection with the grants; authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of said funds; authorizing the mayor to accept bids and award contracts for the purchase of supplies, equipment, vehicles, and other necessary items to carry out the terms of these grants; and declaring an emergency.
