O-012-24 Authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of an amount not to exceed $27,000,000 from the Roadway Improvement Fund for the General Resurfacing Program; authorizing the Mayor to prepare plans and specifications, acquire required rights-of-way as appropriate, utilize professional services necessary for planning, design, project management, and construction inspection, and enter into contracts for these projects within the Division of Engineering and Construction Management; and declaring an emergency.
