O-664-23 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Ohio Tactical Officers Association; authorizing the acceptance and deposit of up to $21,750 into the General Fund from the State of Ohio, Office of the Attorney General, for reimbursement of the training costs for school-response training for tactical officers; authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of an amount not to exceed $21,750 from the General Fund for said purpose; waiving the competitive bidding requirements of TMC Chapter 187; and declaring an emergency.
