O-612-23 Authorizing the mayor to enter into a grant agreement with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as granted through the Division of Drinking and Ground Waters (DDAGW); authorizing the mayor to accept and deposit grant proceeds in the amount of $9,800 into the Operation Grants Fund; authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of said grant proceeds for the purchase of two (2) Milwaukee Spin Doctor HH500 Valve Exerciser Equipment; authorizing the mayor to accept bids and execute necessary contracts for completion of said project; and declaring an emergency.
