O-608-23 Amending Ord. 103-22 which authorized the appropriation and expenditure of $10,000,000 from the Local Fiscal Recovery Fund for the Full Lead Service Line Replacement Project to expand the scope of the lead service line replacement to include galvanized steel service lines and authorizing the Department of Public Utilities to complete plumbing repairs necessitated by the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) upgrades; and declaring an emergency.
