TMP-9305 Authorizing the mayor to enter into a one (1) year contract with option to renew for one (1) additional year with Sensus USA, Inc. for the purpose of creating a new test environment for the integration and testing of the new Department of Public Utilities billing system; authorizing the expenditure of an amount not to exceed $60,000 from the Utility Administration Fund; waiving the competitive procurement process of TMC Chapter 187; and declaring an emergency.
